Tart Apple Breakfast Grains are a bright, tasty combination of organic toasted buckwheat kasha, cracked whole barley, rolled oats, flax seed, and tart-sweet, unpeeled apples. Made only with certified-organic, non-GMO ingredients. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Bring two cups of water to a boil, add contents of package, return to a boil and cook for at least one minute (additional cook time required above 3,000 feet). Cover, remove from heat and wait for 9 minutes. For an extra treat, add fresh fruit, honey and butter before serving..
