What is JAX Rewards?
To put it simply, JAX Rewards is our way of saying thank you to YOU, our customers. We appreciate your patronage, loyalty, and continued support of JAX, which is why we decided to give a little back to members, every time you shop at JAX.
Signing up for JAX Rewards is completely free to you, and always will be. And if for any reason you choose to no longer be a member, you can opt out at any time.

As a JAX Rewards member, what do I receive after a purchase?
$1 spent = 1 point (for eligible purchases)
After you have earned 250 points (or made $250 in purchases) on your JAX Rewards account, you’ll receive a printed $5 reward coupon that prints immediately after your receipt.
Essentially, you’ll get 2% back on all of your eligible purchases at JAX, in the form of a coupon. (Points cannot be earned on fuel and gift cards.)
The coupons will look very similar to a receipt. And because our receipts are printed on thermal paper, we recommend you do not keep the coupon or your receipts in your car where they could be damaged and become unreadable after a period of exposure to direct sunlight.
Q: How soon after receiving the printed coupon can I use the reward?
A: Points may take 24 hours to update. Reward coupons are valid and ready to use 24 hours after the qualifying purchase.
Q: Do the reward coupons expire?
A: JAX Reward program coupons expire after 30 days of issuance.
Q: Are there any restrictions on how I can use my rewards coupon?
A: Yes. Fuel, licenses, and gift certificates are not eligible for reward points, and can’t be purchased with reward points.
Q: Is there a limit to how much I can receive from JAX Rewards?
A: Rewards max out at $100 per day, per customer.
Q: What happens if I earn more than $100 in JAX Rewards after a qualifying purchase?
A: Don’t worry, you won’t lose those JAX Rewards points that exceed the $100 rewards coupon. On your next purchase at JAX, your remaining awards (up to $100) will automatically print.
Q: Can I redeem my JAX Rewards points on JAX’s website?
A: Yes, points can be redeemed as a coupon online. However, the points cannot be used to “generate” a coupon online.
Q: Can JAX employees, government employees, resale customers, or wholesale customers participate in the JAX Rewards program?
A: No, JAX employees, government employees, resale customers, contract customers, and wholesale customers are ineligible for the JAX Rewards program. JAX reserves the right to exclude additional customer types at at our discretion.
Q: What happens if I lose my coupon or it fades? Can it be reprinted?
A: Coupons cannot be reprinted. They print automatically after a qualifying purchase and are only able to be printed once.
And, because these coupons are printed on thermal paper, we recommend you keep the receipt out of direct sunlight where they could be damaged and become unreadable after a period of exposure.
Q: Can I receive my receipts and coupons in my email instead of having them printed?
A: Yes, we highly recommend signing up for email receipts. Not only does this save paper, you also won’t have to worry about losing or damaging your rewards coupons. Ask a cashier in any of our store locations to sign you up for email coupons.
Q: What if I have a coupon for $5 and only spend $3.68 at JAX. Will I receive change back?
A: Unfortunately, no. Change is not given back if the total coupon value is not met during a purchase.
Q: Can I exchange my coupon for cash?
A: Rewards coupons are not redeemable for cash.
Q: Can I give my coupon to my friend so they can use it?
A: No. Coupons may only be used by the customer who received the coupon from their JAX Rewards account.
